Job Overview

The Co-op, Visual Design under the direction of the Director, Digital Experiences for the platform, will create consumer-centric designs to support digital marketing, on-site promotions, and digital shelf assets across the wide range of systems and brands for Keurig Dr Pepper's eCommerce properties. You will be accountable for delivering branded digital visual assets.

You will play a prominent role in helping to developing creative content as well as defining faceting, metadata strategies, and ensuring that Keurig Dr Pepper content is optimized for natural search. You will be a key member in a high performing, collaborative creative team that is passionate about digital and that seeks to create award winning, impactful experiences.

You are a creative thinker and problem solver who is excellent with visual design execution. You are also a standout idea generator and problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills. You must also have a strong design sensibility.

You will also engage in a special project where you will allow your creative expression ideas shine. At the end of your co-op engagement, you will have a portfolio to be proud of, as well as a strategic design project that solves real business needs.

You will be located at Keurig's Burlington, MA headquarters.

What you will do:

  • Develop visual assets for digital marketing and promotions initiatives for

  • Develop visual assets for Keurig 'digital shelf' items on Amazon,,, etc.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to make an impact on Keurig e-Commerce business

  • Create a strategic design recommendation as part of a special project

  • Be a team member to a nurturing creative and UX team


What you must have:

  • A strong digital visual portfolio

  • A passion for brands and consumer goods

  • Highly collaborative mindset

  • Ability to manage your own work with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong sense of urgency

  • High adaptability; ability to be energized by rapid change and ambiguity

  • Good judgment and clear understanding of when to involve others in the decision-making process

  • Excellent communication skills, written and oral

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure tight deadlines are met both internally and externally

  • Experience building and delivering compelling presentations
