The Visual Communications and Training Specialist will work with the Manager of Product Education to support development of product knowledge and sales training for Health Enthusiasts across the country. This position will translate training needs and objectives into effective, fun, and compelling training content that will aid the stores in driving sales and service. The individual must be a savvy self-starter who is able to prioritize, meet aggressive deadlines and think "outside the box" (AKA creatively)!
Increase Health Enthusiast product knowledge, customer engagement, and ability to drive sales through inspirational use of imagery and written content.
Support monthly / weekly in-store events and seasonal calendar by translating educational needs into engaging training leveraging current training delivery vehicles.
Work collaboratively with the vendors, business leaders, and corporate staff to design and recommend appropriate training delivery methods and tools to best impact results.
Manage Retail Education Teams SharePoint page; ensure content is up-to-date and posted in a timely manner. Update SharePoint calendar on the Retail Intranet to align with Product Education resources that are posted to V University.
Represent Retail Education Team in weekly Content Review Committee meetings
Production support for weekly video series known as What Supp.
Conduct on-going evaluations to ensure effectiveness of programs and materials and recommend modifications and enhancements as necessary. Utilize data and feedback to help determine course of action, ROI and future needs.
R&D Stay on top of cutting edge training trends. Conduct periodic surveys, research new training techniques and best practices, explore innovative ways to deliver training content with a focus on new technology and systems to ensure consistency across all store teams.
Visit with stores and district managers periodically.
Support all facets of Retail Education as needed
Perform other duties as required.
Developing and implementing training platforms in multiple formats.
Graphic and/or instructional design experience
Understanding of how to provide excellent customer service in specialty retail environment
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)

Preferred- Web-based learning programs and tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Studio)
