Overview
The Department of Biology at Ursinus College invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor in Biology to begin in Fall 2024 for the 2024-25 academic year. The Department seeks an individual who is trained in cellular physiology and can contribute to courses in human physiology, cell biology, and genetics.
Responsibilities
We specifically invite applicants whose expertise is in the field of cellular physiology. Responsibilities will include teaching an upper-level course in human physiology (BIO-306) and teaching in Cell Biology (BIO-102) and/or Genetics (BIO-201) lectures or laboratories. Applicants may conduct research with students in cellular physiology as part of the position but this not required.

Requirements and Qualifications
A Ph.D. is required. Teaching experience strongly preferred. Post-doctoral experience is a plus.
