Virtual Server Administrator

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Virtual Server Admin to join a 4 year DoD program supporting the USMC located in Quantico, VA. This is a great opportunity to advanve your skills with VMWare and obtain additional certifications in the field.

Responsibilities for the Virtual Server Admin include:

• Assist with daily server checks and troubleshoot any issues that present themselves

• Utilize VMware vSphere, vCenter, and SCCM to manage multiple hosts, clusters, and virtual machines

• Apply STIGs on hardware and software, maintain and upgrade the servers, and use Remedy ticketing system to troubleshoot customer issues

• Ensure systems are in compliance with all IA policies and requirements

Required Qualifications for the Virtual Server Admin include:

• Active Secret Clearance

• 4+ years of Windows Administration experience and expeirence with virtual servers

• Active IAT Level II Certification (Sec+ or equivalent

• Active VMWare Certified Administrator Certification (VCA)

• Must be open and willing to obtain VCP certification within 6 months of employment

Compensation for the Virtual Server Admin include:

• Salary Range: $80,000-110,000 depending on experience
