Vocovision is currently hiring for an ongoing role in the state of California for a Sped Teacher.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessments and services to 3 students

  • Must have TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) added Authorization

  • Review students' charts to improve appropriateness of treatment

  • Coordinate with Special Education Directors, faculty, and staff

  • Advocate for students with special needs and/or school districts at meetings

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing


  • Degree in Special Education


  • 2-3 related experience preferred, but not required

Salary Information:

Actual salary placement will be based on School District's Board of Education experience and education calculations from the Occupational Therapist Salary Schedule.
