Yellowstone Life Insurance Agency provides a 100% Virtual, work-from-home platform. We offer both a Full-time and Part-time agent opportunity.

In addition to a robust client-requested lead platform, we offer our agents at no cost, a personal turnkey website, landing page. This landing page is customizable with your name, agency name, personal profile pic, contact details, and full social media content that has already been created and tested.

Additionally, we give you the roadmap as to what and when to share that social media content to drive potential clients to your new website where, if desired, the potential client can run their own personal quote, apply for a non-medical exam life insurance policy up to $2 Million and in most cases receive approval within 24 hours.

Our Virtual Agent role offers a 100% Remote-Work from Home opportunity for those seeking the flexibility and convenience of a fulfilling career which allows you the ability to do that from the comfort of your home. There is NO Cold Calling!

Our company not only provides a 100% work-from-home culture, but most of our full-time Agents/ Representatives also enjoy a 4-day work week, Mon-Thur, with 3-day weekends.

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively engage with our companies customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers that have requested to be contacted for more information related to financial protection for their family.
  • Attend Daily Virtual LIVE Companywide Coaching Sessions to improve your skillset daily. Access to ask questions of the Top Virtual Sales Reps in the company to speed you through the learning process as quickly as possible.
  • Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis for potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through the clients request for additional information regarding financial protection for their family.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with activity and sales reports for review to improve your opportunity for success
  • Keep abreast of best practices and customer trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback and participation in Daily Companywide Coaching Sessions Monday-Friday.

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative or equivalent
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MAC, Etc
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to present a solution to the potential client that address their concerns and meets their budget.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Industry experience equivalent helpful. However, not required for the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $51,384.00 - $256,000.00 per year
