The Virtual RN will develop the plan of care and provide all-inclusive care coordination and supervisory oversight of the care of the patients remotely in an inpatient unit or emergency room. The Virtual RN nurse will interact with the care team and patients, families, and care providers for the purpose of meeting the needs of the patient.

The Virtual RN assumes responsibility for patient care outcomes using evidence-based practice to design, implement, and evaluate patient plans of care in a virtual environment setting. The Virtual RN will design, implement, and evaluate patient care by coordinating, delegating, and supervising the care provided by the care team, including registered nurses, technicians, pharmacists, and other health professionals.

Virtual RN - This is not a remote position.

12 Hour Shifts Monday-Friday 10am-10pm

Part-time - 24 hours per week

Required to be on site
