What You'll Do

You will build and maintain direct relationships with channel partners in your given territory to optimize revenue. You will engage with channel partner c-suit, VP of Sales and sometimes partner AMs to increase Cisco's relevance and wallet-share. You will guide the partners through activities such as: demand generation campaigns, enablement initiatives, and partner development.

Who You Are

  • You have 3+ years' B2B selling experience in similar or adjacent industry, start-up or consultancy company

  • You've got a love for IT and ability to tap into technology

  • You have experience owning the full sales cycle (prospecting, customer demos, negotiating and closing the sale)

  • You are passionate about sales and building positive relationships with customers

For more information, visit THE ROLE: HR Partner The HR Partner is responsible for a broad range of human resources activities in support of Vivint's management and their employees. This position is located in Lindon, UT. The HR Partner will provide support in the areas of employee relations, hire and post-hire on-boarding processes, HR process and policy management, training, and development activities. This position will provide advice and consultative services to Vivint leaders enabling them to make informed business decisions. WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON: * Partner with department AMs and Managers to ensure policies, processes, training, and talent management are aligned with achieving desired business results and maintaining a compliant workforce. * Interpret, communicate, and deliver HR solutions for employees. * Manage employee relations activities through effective management and communication. * Coach and counsel business leaders in the areas of employee relations, performance management, discipline, career development. * Act as a neutral and approachable HR representative and lead HR Investigations related to Title VII, harassment, fraud, and unethical behavior, including interviewing, documenting, and preparing a recommendation to business leaders. * Follow up on various employment duties such as Unemployment claims or legal issue resolution. * Improve HR practices, for consistency and efficiency as well as provide recommendations for innovative and value-added HR programs; leading the implementation and evaluation of such programs. * Ensure compliance with employee onboarding. * Maintain HRIS database (Workday) to ensure consistent and reliable employee information. * Proactively identify inefficiencies and provide process improvement recommendations; leading the implementation and evaluation of process improvements. * Compile and analyze HR metrics (employee turnover, employee engagement, exit feedback), provide insight and recommendation to business units for employee experience improvements. Experience in a contact center preferred. * Basic knowledge of Employment Law (FMLA, ADA, Title VII, FLSA, etc.) * Experience using MS Office such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
