Your Role: Guide clients toward personal and emotional wellness in a flexible online setting. Deliver impactful therapy sessions designed to inspire growth and clarity.

Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM Core Duties: Provide virtual mental health services tailored to individual needs.

Assist clients with stress, motivation, and achieving balance. Collaborate with a team to improve service offerings. Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 annually with comprehensive benefits Requirements Qualifications:

M aster’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution. Active licensure in California as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT, or ability to obtain licensure. Proven experience in providing therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds. Dedication to cultural sensitivity and affirming care for all individuals. Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork abilities.
