AAA Club Alliance is seeking a Virtual Insurance Sales Agent (P&C) to join our dynamic insurance team! This position is responsible for selling new insurance and membership products to new and existing clients. Properly place new business insurance policies to support Agency objectives, optimize profitability, and maintain long-term relationships with Agency Carriers. This position is a work from home position and must reside in our footprint.

  • Must be a self-starter with good communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Have thorough understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverages.

  • Ability to work independently with only general guidance and also work closely with other associates.

  • Ability to interpret, analyze, and problem solve complex work situations

  • Requires high level of tact and integrity.

  • Able to set priorities and schedule daily duties.

  • Able to make own decisions with clear judgment.

  • Able to follow directions and complete duties with speed and accuracy.

  • Able to provide suggestions and implement changes that enhance operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license (required)

  • Two (2) years of professional sales experience

  • Ability to navigate easily through multiple computer systems concurrently (i.e. Microsoft Office & Agency Management Systems such as Epic)

  • Actively work all leads provided, generate new business and retain current Agency business

  • Professional communicator with excellent listening and problem solving skills

  • Team player who is assertive in obtaining individual and team goals & targets

  • Must be able to work to rotating shift (day/evenings) and occasional Saturdays.
