Estimated Duration: 6 months with a possibility of direct employment with the Client.
Description: Our Client, a non-profit medical research center, is hiring a Virtual Health Analyst in Tampa, FL.
Collaborate with team members to leverage virtual health technologies in delivering care and conducting research;
Provide guidance in defining system and process requirements that promote exceptional patient, provider and staff experience;
Provide end user support and education to optimize adoption of these technologies, this includesmanagement of software, hardware and networking tools that enable virtual health;
Provide training and education on virtual care applications and enabling infrastructure to patients, providers and staff;
Setup, troubleshooting and technical investigation activites for users of virtual health applications;
Document procedures, resolutions and training materials;
System design and optimization;
Provide day-to-day technical support by responding to patient, provider and staff requests for assistance via e-mail, phone, in-person or remote support within documented SLAs;
Install, relocate, configure and support peripheral devices essential for the provision of virtual care (e.g. cameras);
Identify system / application requirements;
Participate in the system and integration testing of virtual health applications;
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve virtual health application and hardware issues;
Design / author documentation including educational flyers, content and job aids;
Provide onboarding support including training and initial configuration for participating providers and staff;
Document issues / resolutions to common problems and disseminates information to designated backup support resource(s);
Function as part of an implementation team on larger projects;
Provide exceptional customer service, interpersonnel, communication, follow-up and time management skills;
Other duties as assigned.
Experience with a variety of computer hardware and software including Windows PCs, laptops, Apple devices and OS, mobile devices, Microsoft Office products and Wi-Fi and LAN networking (4+ years);
Experience training and supporting clinicians, preferably with clinical information systems;
Bachelors degree (5 years of directly related work experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree).
