Ability to effectively listen and guide members into cross sell opportunities of additional products and services.
Be able to demonstrate excellent writing skills with the ability to ask questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
Adaptable to changing member services requirements; includes scheduling flexibility, self-motivating, and ability to multi-task on different levels.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Experience in a faced-paced, high volume service and sales environment.
Previous experience in a bank or credit union preferred.
Experience managing a large pipeline of applications with a high degree of accuracy and meeting service levels.
Ability to perform accurate complex input/output functions on the credit union computer systems that relates to account, loan, and general ledger postings.
Must be able to perform the following functions:
Continuous standing or sitting for up to 8 hours per day.
Intermittent bending, squatting and walking.
Lifting up to 25 pounds.
