Virtual Assistant 10 Hours Per Week (Ic-Ms)

We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

• Posts content daily on Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram
• Schedule and meets weekly with client to go over calendar, to-do lists, projects, outstanding tasks, etc.
• Manage Stan store
• Integrate Flodesk and Stan
• Create Canva templates and graphics
• Create and manage landing pages
• Create Alphabet cards, things to sell on Etsy and Teachers Pay Teachers
• Set up an Amazon Store, Etsy shop, Teachers Pay Teachers shop
• Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed

Requirements

• Experience in social media / digital marketing (a plus)
• Experience as a teacher (a plus)
• Experience in Canva (a must)
• Experience in SquareSpace (a plus)
• Knowledge / passion for literacy / dyslexia (a plus)
• Intuitively organized
• Detail oriented
• Self-starter
• Creative
• Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time Zone
• Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week.
