Virtual Assistant 10 Hours Per Week (Ic-Cc)

We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

• Create slide decks in InDesign
• Create pricing proposals in InDesign 
• Utilize Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator to go back and forth with clients on murals 
• Utilize HoneyBook for project communication 
• Manage calendar
• Schedule travel  
• Manage email
• Check email multiple times a day
• Elevate urgent needs / decisions 
• Gather action items
• Meet weekly to discuss upcoming week, to-do, doing, done, tasks, etc. 
• Assist with DMs and comments as needed
• Jump in with other ad hoc tasks / projects as needed
• Experience in a Adobe (a must) 
• Creative
• Intuitively organized
• Tech savvy
• Detail oriented
• Self-starter
• 30 hours per month
• Central, Eastern, or Mountain Time Zone

Requirements

• Experience in a Adobe (a must) 
• A tech-savvy nature with the ability to quickly adapt to and master new tools and technologies.
• Creativity: Exhibit a knack for innovative thinking and design.
• Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks, platforms, and projects efficiently.
• Deadline-Oriented: Commitment to completing tasks in a timely manner, even under tight schedules.
• Must be on Eastern, Central or Mountain Time.
