Virtual Assistant 10-15 Hours Per Week (Ic-Rt)

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and Manage Canva: Efficiently use Canva for various marketing materials and presentations.
• Manage 3 Calendar: Oversee calendar and block work times, project times, deadlines, etc.
• Manage 3 Emails: Oversee and organize the email inbox, ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
• Schedule Travel: Make travel arrangements to include airfare, rental car, lodging, etc.
• Manage Podcasts: Assist with podcasts outreach and follow up on leads.
• Ad Hoc Tasks/Projects: Take on additional tasks and projects as needed to support the team.

Requirements

• Bandwidth to respond to 20-30 texts / voice memos daily.
• Proven experience in Excel / Google Sheets is a must.
• Excellent writing skills with the ability to create compelling and effective content.
• Highly organized with an intuitive approach to project management.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week, with potential for increased availability.
• Available to hop on a phone calls during the week.
