To check-in and assist all VIP's with any and all the services they require while staying at Gold Strike.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS
Pre-assign rooms for VIP arrivals, check-in and key rooms.
Check-in guests upon arrival, acquire proper information and log information into the computer.
Book limousines, restaurant and show reservations, either previously booked or on request, and any other special arrangements required by the customer.
Prepare reservations for the next day arrivals.
Assist with guest check-out and secure appropriate payment.
Complete Key Packets to include itinerary and players card if applicable.
Assumes additional responsibilities on an as needed basis.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent and two years Front Services experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly standing, listening, using computer, telephone, and speaking.

Occasionally utilizes computer knowledge and skills, including the Hotel system.

Work performed indoors and outdoors, Employee may be exposed to fumes, odors, and hot and cold temperatures. Employee will be required to stand for long periods of time on cement floors and to occasionally walk on uneven surfaces. Employee may be exposed to secondhand smoke. Regular scheduled hours. Must be flexible if needed for occasional work outside of normal business hours.
