Job Summary The VIP Casino Manager will be responsible for creating and executing the VIP strategy for the BetAmerica interactive Casino.
He/she will proactively identify, acquire and retain high-value customers and focus on increasing VIP engagement and wagering activity. By building personal relationships and tailoring custom products and promotions with the VP Casino & VP Marketing, the VIP manager will be tasked with satisfying current VIPs, and identifying unsatisfied and lapsed VIP's, then reviving and retaining them.
Formulate, initiate and manage the BetAmerica VIP Casino program
Initiate campaigns that will drive activity for high-net worth customers, ensure that they are generated in a timely manner, report and monitor results
Track, analyze and report VIP activity in comparison with agreed targets
Liaise with Acquisition and Retention teams to optimize VIP communications
Recommend compensations and bonuses for VIP players
Main point of contact for high-value clients. Create a unique casino gaming experience.
Make regular proactive calls and emails to build relationships and assess high-value player satisfaction levels
Answer & resolve escalated VIP customer queries/complaints (re: accounts, betting, VIP promos etc.)
Gather feedback and input from VIP players to improve product and service offering
Work with team to plan and execute events; entertain customers at local and national events
Excellent personal skills with at least 3-5 years working in a VIP role/team
Experience preferred in online gaming - Casino, Sports Betting, Poker or similar
A team player, who is happy to work both independently and part of a larger team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Understanding of New Jersey Online Casino market preferred
Essential: The applicant must be eligible to work in the United States & available to work in Louisville, KY.
Suitability: Ability to travel to meet & greet players, in and outside of typical office hours
None initially, but may in future as the team grows
