Job Summary The VIP Casino Manager will be responsible for creating and executing the VIP strategy for the BetAmerica interactive Casino.

He/she will proactively identify, acquire and retain high-value customers and focus on increasing VIP engagement and wagering activity. By building personal relationships and tailoring custom products and promotions with the VP Casino & VP Marketing, the VIP manager will be tasked with satisfying current VIPs, and identifying unsatisfied and lapsed VIP's, then reviving and retaining them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate, initiate and manage the BetAmerica VIP Casino program

  • Initiate campaigns that will drive activity for high-net worth customers, ensure that they are generated in a timely manner, report and monitor results

  • Track, analyze and report VIP activity in comparison with agreed targets

  • Liaise with Acquisition and Retention teams to optimize VIP communications

  • Recommend compensations and bonuses for VIP players

  • Main point of contact for high-value clients. Create a unique casino gaming experience.

  • Make regular proactive calls and emails to build relationships and assess high-value player satisfaction levels

  • Answer & resolve escalated VIP customer queries/complaints (re: accounts, betting, VIP promos etc.)

  • Gather feedback and input from VIP players to improve product and service offering

  • Work with team to plan and execute events; entertain customers at local and national events

Skills/ Experience:

  • Excellent personal skills with at least 3-5 years working in a VIP role/team

  • Experience preferred in online gaming - Casino, Sports Betting, Poker or similar

  • A team player, who is happy to work both independently and part of a larger team

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Understanding of New Jersey Online Casino market preferred

Essential: The applicant must be eligible to work in the United States & available to work in Louisville, KY.

Suitability: Ability to travel to meet & greet players, in and outside of typical office hours

None initially, but may in future as the team grows

JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Summary This position entails selling the entire line of ADC Products to a regional market based accounts, with a strong emphasis on government sales. The selling process includes developing new business in defined regional accounts, as well as growing existing customer base. It includes determining customer needs, developing account specific strategies, creating customer commitment to change, and implementing conversion (training and start up) upon close. The position includes any of the following customer types: Federal Government Medical Centers, including, but not limited to Dept of Defense (MTF's), VA Medical Centers, Indian Health Tribes, Public Health agencies, and Managed Care. Main Responsibilities Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system. Selling, including cross-divisional initiatives and customer base development. Assess business impact of contracting opportunities to include overall profitability and impact on sales and margin. Working to ensure optimal territory management and efficient implementations/training. Account Management/Customer Care. Leadership and self development. Effectively manage assigned budget while maximizing return on investment. Accountability This position will be responsible for developing business in accounts that are regional in scope. Other accountabilities include budgeting, customer VIP trips to key locations, semi-annual business reviews, accurate forecasting, preparation of customer business plans, and new product distribution. Qualifications 1. Four year degree in Business, Communications, Health Sciences or equivalent experience. 2. A high degree of computer literacy (functional ability to use Microsoft Office expected). 3.0 to 5.0 years of proven successful sales track record at Abbott Laboratories or equivalent. Will generally require 4+ years of successful sales experience if candidate is from outside of Abbott Laboratories.
