Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Focused on videography, participates in developing less complex video content for use across different mediums and published across company event, web, social and/or digital marketing channels. May have video editing responsibilities Develop and deliver video content for narrower scope marketing initiatives, where standards are clearly defined.
Areas of focus may include one or more of the following: Presentations Web applications Mobile or interactive media Social e-Mail Select techniques best suited to produce desired visual effects in conformance with specified quality standards. Coordinate with marketing partners to execute defined video and graphic requirements that complement overall functionality and purpose of the video effort.
Review assignments in light of company design standards, including look, feel and appeal. Utilize a variety of applications, software, tools and equipment to create treatments. Manage components of shorter term projects Other duties as assigned.

Intermediate video/digital capability. Intermediate level skills using digital video camera equipment and/or editing programs and applications.

We're looking for a candidate who can bring their video-journalism skillsfrom concepting through production and final editingto help tell the visual story of the Claim organization.
Under Moderate Supervision, contributes to the development videos supporting marketing campaign and major event content Works from general guidelines using considerable creative judgment regarding composition, video style, footage selection, etc. Position does not manage others Moderate Supervision: Incumbent performs standard and routine assignments independently to conclusion; unusual problems which may require exceptions to procedures or processes are referred to the supervisor.
Education, Work Experience & Knowledge
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred. Typically 2-4 years of related experience.
General Knowledge: Possesses sufficient knowledge to perform most work in normal situations. Intermediate level skills using digital video camera equipment including basic audio and lighting setup. Familiarity with Canon DSLR and Camcorder operations as well as the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop) applications in an Apple Mac environment.

Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
General knowledge of standard digital/video camera equipment and filming techniques.
