Videographer / Motion Graphics Creator
The Videographer / Motion Graphics Creator will be part of our Marketing team creating advertising & marketing based videos .
We're looking for strong videography, photography, editing and production skills that can develop and create visual storytelling across multiple platforms. Along with shooting photos, video, and editing in various lighting environments, you will be expected to brainstorm with the team and conceptualize new ideas that align with corporate vision and ensure corporate branding.
The Videographer/Editor will be required to travel to job sites and various office locations throughout the United States to capture photos and video designed to inform, engage, train audiences and support IEA's communication and marketing goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Travel to jobsite & office locations required
Capture, edit and organize library of media
Produce short clips for social media, website, etc. to enhance brand perception while adhering to brand and style guidelines
Conceptual design / storyboarding, pre-production, post-production, acquiring rights when necessary, adding graphics and animations to videos
Ensure that work produced is high quality and has a consistent tone
Clear communication to relevant members of the team throughout the production process
Ability to work with various departments (HR, Safety, etc.) to assist with training videos, etc.
Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
Expert knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Experience with lighting and shooting on DSLR cameras
Drone experience / commercial certification required
Experience with motion graphics and animation
Knowledgeable in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, as it pertains to manipulating vector graphics and layers for use in motion graphics.
Experience building creative briefs / story boards, scripts, and other necessary pre-production documents.
Strong written communication skills, ability to conduct an interview and effectively write about the subject matter.
