Position Overview:
Under the supervision of the Communications Manager of the Office of Communications, Education, and Engagement (OCEE), the Videographer works collaboratively with the OCEE Communications team manager and creative team members in the creation and support of targeted multimedia marketing, training, and/or health education campaigns (audio and video) that promote HCPH, its activities and the practice of public health among internal and external stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for video and audio production projects supporting the needs of HCPH internal and external stakeholders
Develops digital video supporting HCPH brand and creative vision in studio, field, and post production activities as assigned by OCEE Communications Team Manager
Supports proof of concept, scope, creating briefs, coordinating productions and review schedules, scripting, editing and delivery to support HCPH communication initiatives
Works closely with OCEE Communications Team Manager and creative team members on multiple projects simultaneously through completion according to specific timelines
Requires ability to operate photo, audio, and video production equipment to perform other audiovisual duties as needed
Other duties as assigned, including special tasks involved in responding to an emergency event.

Requirements
Education:
Experience:
At least two (2) years of progressively responsible professional work experience with major responsibilities
Producing, directing, shooting, and editing video productions
Studio, location filming and video editing experience with a strong emphasis on lighting and audio capture skills.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of audio/video production equipment, including AVCHD video cameras, DSLR, live P.A. systems, projectors, and computers
Intermediate proficient in graphic design/video production/desktop publishing software, such as Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud etc.
Ability to work well with public and staff members
Must use your personal mobile device for our Multifactor Authentication process

Position Type and Typical Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position.
Days and hours of work are typically Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
