Video Surveillance Supervisors ensure the operational success of the Video Surveillance Analyst team and Guardian Alarm's customers. Video Surveillance Supervisors provide mentoring, promote accountability, and empowerment. This position requires a person who is highly motivated to continue to learn, train, and inquire in all areas within the company to be well rounded and versed in the different inquiries the customer may have.
Ensuring the team is knowledgeable and prepared to perform their jobs successfully
Implementation of new business and execution of all business requirements
Review alarm procedures and provide improvement opportunities to team
Coordinate center coverage to ensure appropriate staffing levels are met
Diagnose video and alarm system problems, notify and assist in issue resolution
Security/alarm or emergency dispatch experience
Tactical analytical experience, preferably in an investigative or after-action review
1-year contact service center experience
Process documentation abilities desired
Experience in coaching others through difficult or complex situations
High School Diploma or equivalent
Some secondary knowledge or equivalent experience preferred
