High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 year of customer service experience or retail experience
Excellent skill in service, support and understanding of operational issues
Excellent analytical skills
Good organizational skills
Decision making skills
Communication skills (written and verbal)
Teamwork, service and support, understanding of issues impacting the claims resolution process.
2 years of customer service experience or
1 year of service in a Publix retail location
Bilingual, preferably Spanish
Computer skills including Risk Master claims system
Publix Super Markets
