We are looking for a seasoned Video Production Manager with a strong background in storytelling, post production, and proven video marketing skills to join our in house team. You will have the opportunity to work on a multitude of video projects and shape how Brightcove integrates video content across the digital landscape.

Job Responsibilities

  • Be a champion for all things video!

  • Produce, shoot and edit video to support a variety of projects including: promotional videos, product demos, events and customer success stories.

  • Partner with line of business and marketing teams to identify video marketing opportunities

  • Ensure timely and effective distribution and syndication of video content across Brightcove properties and social channels.

  • Provide quarterly reports to marketing leadership and collaborate with internal and external partners to analyze performance of video-based campaigns and suggest opportunities to continuously improve results

  • Support live streaming events


  • 5+ years of professional experience in agency or in-house marketing environment with prior history managing and growing a small team

  • A passion for storytelling and a strong grasp on the fundamentals of framing, composition, and tone as it relates to video production

  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage leadership on digital best practices

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Premiere Pro, Audition, and After Effects

  • Understanding of codecs, frame rates, bitrates, file formats and streaming workflows

  • Portfolio of recent work required for consideration
