the video recording sessions and live broadcasts
Mentoring and coaching on screen talent and
Producing and directing audio, video, lighting, teleprompter
and other technical functions of the studio during recordings and live broadcasts
Oversee the studio video production process,
including performances, audio, video, lighting, presentations, pace, timings
Ensure shows and sequences stay on schedule
Provide input to video and course content
decisions, including filming methods, creative decisions, style and vision
Coordinate and interface with Broadcast
Operations Support staff to ensure that streaming of live events occurs
Participate as a key player in pre-show
management-level planning meetings
Studio, and studio team personnel scheduling
Leading and mentoring studio team members,
including audio, video, and teleprompter technicians
Supervise or mange captioning services included
in the video production process
Providing input or editing of Show Books and
scripts as needed to ensure good performances
Provide input on content development and video
production standards and methodologies
Team Leader for both of ITWD's studio teams (WV
4+ years prior experience as a DIRECTOR or
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR in a commercial/network studio environment, and 1+ years
prior experience as a PRODUCER or PRODUCER/DIRECTOR in a commercial/network
Professional-grade studio systems, such as
Tricaster, Presonus, Digital audio boards, robotic cameras, green screens, etc
Graphics and video software, such as Adobe Premier,
AfterEffects, Final Cut Pro, tec
Prior experience with VA or other federal government agencies
Prior experience with live Internet streaming
broadcasting to nationwide audiences using AWS Elemental and CDN
Prior experience with producing or editing digital
graphics or animated video, streaming, or instructional content
10-12 years with a bachelors degree or 15+ years experience in lieu of degree.
