Our hybrid work environment combines the best of both worlds with at least three (3) days in office and up to two (2) days virtual for employees who live within fifty (50) miles of a Farmers Credit Union office (Burbank, CA).

Job Summary

• The role acts as a technical jack-of-all-trades for video production.

• They are an experienced professional able to perform all duties involved in video production, editing and graphics for a final finished product.

• Mentors other team members to improve the technical skills in production and post-production.

• Provides creative direction to production elements with a goal to maximize viewer engagement.

Essential Job Functions

• Directs, produces, and handles postproduction of content.

• Executes camera, audio, lighting set-up, and operation.

• Captures video interviews and footage on video.

• Edits video to specifications.

• Output of necessary video formats and copies as needed.

• Provides creative direction to production elements with a goal to maximize viewer engagement.

• Responsible for upkeep of professional equipment.

• Mentors other team members to improve the technical skills in production and post-production.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Bachelors degree preferred in production.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum three years experience required in video production and editing.

• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator for creation of graphic assets.

Physical Actions

• This role, whether performed virtually or in an office setting, will include normal and customary distractions, noise, and interruptions.

• Sits or stands for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.

• Occasionally reaches overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

• Occasionally moves, lifts, carries, and places objects and supplies weighing 0-10 pounds without assistance.

• Listens to, interprets, and differentiates auditory information (example others speaking) at normal speaking levels with or without correction.

• Visually verifies and reads information.

• Visually locates material, resources and other objects.

• Ability to continuously operate a computer for extended periods of time, up to a full work shift.

• Physical dexterity sufficient to use hands, arms, and shoulders repetitively to operate keyboard and other office equipment up to a full work shift.
