Job responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

  • Schedule video conferences with remote sites

  • Accommodate all conferences, establish the conferences, maintain Video Teleconference (VTC) schedules and facilitate periodic test calls

  • Provide customer interface, first tier support and trouble shooting

  • Operate and trouble shoot multi-vendor equipment

  • Facilitator of third tier call-out, including trouble tickets, installation and operation of all video teleconference equipment

  • Demonstration of Customer Service skills and strong phone presence required

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Polycom, Cisco and other IT related certifications a plus.

  • Overtime, shift work and occasional travel may be required, or other duties as assigned

  • Knowledge of H.320, H.323, TCP/IP, ISDN protocols up to Tier 2 level troubleshooting for customer calls

  • Must have working level experience of common desktop software (Windows) and Microsoft Applications (ie Excel, Word, etc.)

Required Clearance:

Employee must be willing and able to obtain a government issued Top Secret Security clearance. Holding a current TS is a plus.

Candidates primarily work on project locations, but sometimes work on-site at client locations or company locations in downtown DC. Required Qualifications: * 10-15 years of experience in supporting the Government in continuity and emergency management disciplines * Active Top Secret security clearance required * Extensive experience in national continuity, continuity of operations, and emergency management * Experience providing continuity of community, security, and vulnerability assessment support * Extensive knowledge of past and new policy directives and the ability to translate that knowledge into actionable plans based on need and mission requirements * Excellent verbal communication and writing skills * Ability to collaborate within the project team and with the client and their stakeholders * Ability to work in a complex environment with Government stakeholders at the national level * Desire to contribute to strategic company growth * Bachelor's degree * U.S. Citizenship required (no dual citizenship) Preferred Skills: * Certifications in continuity of operations and/or emergency management * Project management-related certifications Our recruiting process is very competitive.
