Our Video Auditors ensure compliance with internal control policies and procedures by examining videos, operating practices, and documentation. Previous data entry, Administrative, or Customer Service experience is preferred.

Your Responsibilities as a Video Auditor:

  • Conduct audits using company-provided audit safety checklist and methodologies.

  • Determine if a locator has met requirements and grade each audit

  • Present audit findings to supervisors to help ensure that the audit outcomes add value and lead to improved effectiveness in safety management.

  • Upload information and findings into spreadsheets for reporting.

  • Research prints by using various utility programs

  • Identify various utilities; e.g. water mains, gas mains, electric, etc.

  • Research and attach service grids to tickets or packets

What We Need from You (Our Requirements)

  • Data entry experience preferred

  • Have excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills

  • Be computer and Microsoft Office proficient

  • Be detail oriented and able to multi-task in a fast pace environment

  • HS Diploma or GED required, some college preferred

  • Able to pass a drug screen

VIEW JOBS 11/11/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-02-09T00:00 POSITION PURPOSE The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing the services process in the branch in addition to SAP/Care Customer tickets. The Coordinator will work with the Customer Service Center, field managers and installers to schedule services, meet customer expectations and resolve customer service issues. MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 40%-Schedule open services with customers and installers. 10%-Place product re-orders when needed and track to ETA to schedule services. 10%-Open new service orders for customers that call in. 20%-Manager services to resolution on a daily basis by using reports and communicating with customers, installers and the Customer Service Center. 10%-Close completed services by making completion calls to customers to confirm satisfaction. 10%-Responsible for resolution of SAP/Care Customer tickets by contacting customers and working with field installation teams and Customer service Center to resolve issues. NATURE AND SCOPE This position reports to Branch Installation Manager This position has no Direct Reports ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS Environment: Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. Travel: Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Additional Environmental Job Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Must be eighteen years of age or older. Must be legally permitted to work in the United States. Additional Minimum Qualifications: Education Required: The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diplomas and/or GED. Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2 years Physical Requirements: Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
