If yes, then this may be the right opportunity for you!We are currently seeking applications for the full-time position of Video Assistant, Football. This position will report to the Video Director, Football. This person will be responsible for daily video operations for the Stanford Football program. This position will play a pivotal role in assisting the coaches and staff with recording practices and games to enhance team performance. This position is a 100% coaching video position. This will not involve any highlight video production for the football team. This is a 1 year fixed-term position with the option for renewal.Responsibilities:*

Operates video equipment to capture football practice sessions and football games, home and away. * Asist video director in day to day operations for technology support for the coaching and support staff. * Set up and maintain all required audio visual equipment. * Operate 8K Solutions video trailers at practice. * Operate Panasonic ENG cameras at football games. * Utilize PFF software to resolve football game data with video exchange games. * May train, direct, and guide staff or students on specific uses of video equipment and digital software, as needed. * Sets up home and away hotel meeting rooms and AV needs * Pack and load A/V equipment for road games. * Travel to all road games. * Assist in maintaining the Catapult network, coaches stations, and meeting rooms * Work with Catapult software to edit practice and game sessions to support coaching staff * Be on call to support player position meetings, home and away. * Utilize Catapult iPad post game work flow for coaching staff on road games. * Assist with implementing new technology and tools to coaches and players to enhance workflow and performanceRequirements:*

Bachelor's Degree or four years of relevant experience and relevant experience. * At least 2 years of experience in Collegiate or NFL video office videotaping and editing games and practice footage. * Demonstrated technical experience using digital media equipment, video creation, editing software, and/or digital media control software. * Knowledge in production techniques including videography, compression and file delivery. * Experience with live streaming events. * Knowledge of camera, lighting, sound and editing * Understanding of online video environment and online distribution. * Ability to adapt equipment setup and provide alternative setup or workarounds if necessary. * Good interpersonal skills, judgment, and diplomacy required to interact effectively with and provide customer service to a broad audience. * Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a collaborative team environment. * Effective time management skills. * Experience using a range of camcorders and PTZ cameras. * Experience with video analysis software such as Catapult, PFF, Hudl, or similar products. * Be willing to work the very long work days, especially during the football season. * Computer software skills using Microsoft and Adobe. * Must be willing to work occasional long nights and weekends throughout the year * Must be willing to travel for professional development purposes * Must be willing to work outside in all climatesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*:*
