Here are the Core Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from customers regarding multiple products and services
Place outbound calls to customers to generate leads and sales opportunities
Customize and recommend offerings based on individual business and consumer needs
Process referrals
Process customer orders with the highest level of accuracy and integrity
When applicable schedule retail check-ins or referrals depending on the product or service
Continuous skill development through training and personalized product knowledge
Swivel between different programs depending on customer demand
Leverage available tools and resources to maximize performance and customer experience

What we are looking for...

Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma (Undergraduate or some college preferred)
12+ months of retail or customer service experience.
Proficient with computers
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Business Casual Dress Code
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays as needed.
