Qualifications

  • Thorough understanding of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, procedures.

  • Emphasis on accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.

  • Strong problem solving skills and adaptability in the moment.

  • Ability to learn the POS and other necessary computer functions.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry best practices.

  • Current Food Handler Card.

  • Culinary degree strongly preferred.
