Position Overview

The Management Company International Controller is responsible for maintaining books and records of approximately 10 different foreign entities across the globe and managing the financial aspect of the regulatory reporting in each region.

Responsibilities:

• International Entity Controllership:

• Handle financial records for international subsidiaries or entities.

• Collaborate with upper management to identify cost reduction opportunities and manage liabilities.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations specific to each jurisdiction (e.g., FCA for the UK, SFC for Hong Kong).

• Implement policies and procedures to mitigate risk and enhance financial controls.

• Regulatory Reporting:

• Prepare and submit regulatory reports to relevant authorities (e.g., FCA, SFC) within specified deadlines.

• Stay informed about changes in regulatory requirements and adapt reporting processes accordingly.

• Drive tax compliance, corporate compliance, and government compliance.

• Financial Analysis and Decision-Making:

• Provide business and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive actionable decisions based on financial insights.

• Ensure adherence to Sarbanes-Oxley controls (if applicable).

Qualifications:

• 8 to 12 years of experience

• CPA Preferred
