We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Treasury and ALM II to join our Corporate Treasury team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Interfaces with internal and external stakeholders and continues to build a broad range of knowledge spanning the range of treasury, capital and asset and liability categories across the organization and its varied products/services.

  • Responsible for daily/monthly monitoring of various liquidity metrics and evaluating business projections for balance sheet to produce forecast for liquidity and funding requirements across regions/entities.

  • Provides forecast related analyses to senior management and ALM committees.

  • Engages with peers in the businesses, Finance, and Corporate Treasury to assess product/business-specific liquidity requirements and evaluates a range of potential funding actions.

  • Assesses liquidity risk in new or changing products offered by the Bank, identifies and measures impact on various liquidity metrics.

  • Ensures proper controls on the quality and integrity of reports produced for senior management and ALM committee processes.

  • Provides leadership to junior team members, guiding and coaching them on their work accuracy and quality.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

  • Degree in math, engineering, statistics, computational finance, or economics preferred. MBA, CFA, or CPA/CA preferred.

  • 10-12 years of total work experience preferred.

  • Knowledge of Liquidity regulatory reporting, including but not limited to: Regulation YY, Liquidity Stress Testing (LST), FR2052a, LCR & NSFR, RLAP, RLEN.

  • Experience with liquidity stress testing, liquidity risk management, interest rate risk management, capital management and/or asset-liability management within large complex financial organizations preferred.

  • Proficient in Excel; Knowledge of SQL.

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
