We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Talent and Culture to join our dynamic team.
The VP of Talent and Culture is responsible for overseeing strategies related to hiring, developing, and retaining employees. This pivotal role leads the vision, development, and execution of talent and culture initiatives that engage and enrich our associates. By aligning the needs of our diverse workforce with the organization's strategic objectives, the VP of Talent and Culture ensures a cohesive and productive work environment, driving both employee satisfaction and organizational success.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in compensation management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Skilled with CRM and ATS systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or similar credentials.
MBA or Master's Degree in HR or related field.
Skilled in Excel
