Job Description

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of work experience in business development, strategic planning, or financial planning & analysis roles.

  • At least seven (7) years of content deal analysis experience in the entertainment industry at a film or television studio, streaming platform, production company, or talent agency.

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, including significant financial modeling experience.

  • Deep understanding of the film industry, the broader media industry, and relevant business models

  • Proven track record of hands-on Excel modeling & PowerPoint presentation experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management, ranging from senior corporate executives to business unit managers and third parties, in a fast-paced, innovative, and highly energetic corporate culture.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex analyses into easily-interpreted recommendations to senior management and key stakeholder, sharing insights and making recommendations.

  • Ability to successfully collaborate as part of a team and to serve as a mentor to the more junior team members.

  • Proven ability to work under deadline pressures with minimal supervision and a willingness to roll up one's sleeves to drive tasks to completion.

  • Bachelor's degree

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $190,000 - 250,000 (bonus and long-term incentive eligible)
