Fidelity's Workplace Digital Experiences (WDX) is seeking a Squad Leader for Content Platforms; you blend business and product development expertise with a passion for delivering results across Fidelity. As part of the Communication & Content Platforms squad group, you will lead multiple Agile teams of cross functional and dedicated squad members (software engineers, business analysts, etc.) to build common content platform capabilities to support WI digital and mobile platforms. The successful candidate will be passionate about content management and championing the needs of our internal business partners.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 10+ years proven experience in product development, leading distributed cross-functional agile teams that include product, developers to design, deliver & maintain digital products & solutions

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across functions, and interact, influence and negotiate optimally with various levels of management and peers.

  • Experience in developing and implementing content management solutions including taxonomy development, user support, and content delivery service integration preferred.

  • Experience in deploying and supporting large scale solutions that impact millions of customers and thousands of associates across a sophisticated ecosystem.

  • Ability to set and prioritize an overall product strategy (identify the product capability needs, build and maintain a coordinated product roadmap, direct execution of roadmap with business partners)

  • Solid ability to take a data-focused approach to understanding customer needs, translate strategic goals into action, and prioritize to improve value delivered

  • Familiar with the Agile methodology concept and experience with Agile backlog management tools. Design Thinking and Lean Start-Up a plus

  • Master's degree or equivalent experience; Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification highly desirable (training available)

Workplace Digital Experiences (WDX) is a team of product management and development teams responsible for the digital platforms that provide benefits and services for Fidelity's thousands of corporate clients and millions of their employees. WDX strives to unite and connect our customers and associates through integrated digital experiences.

As a leader in Employee Digital Experience Product Area within Workplace Digital Experience and will work in partnership with the Product Area Leader, Group Squad Leader, Chapter Leaders and a Cross-company core working team to deliver on the vision.

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
