The Senior Leader, Home Services Operations is responsible for tracking and reporting metrics, reviewing, and improving workflows and processes, and ensuring our Home teams are providing high-quality services as efficiently as possible. You will help develop and execute both short- and long-term goals of the Home line of business. Develop managers to make data driven decisions and foster inclusive and highly effective teams.
Manage and track the daily operations of the teams that make up the Home Services line of business. Use data driven decision making and root cause analysis to resolve issues at their source.
Continually automate the collection and reporting of Key Performance Indicators that accurate reflect the daily operations of the Home Services LOB.
Review and improve upon the procedures of frontline and support professionals to ensure high-quality and efficient services are provided to our customers.
Use sound judgement and experience to recommend policies and procedure updates to the General Manager, Home Services.
Ensure a high degree of cross functional communication with the adjacent LOBs and support teams that assist Home Services.
Drive results and meet growth objectives for Home Services.
Invest in, develop, and mentor Managers within Home Services.
Assist the General Manager, Home Services with future strategic planning and operational budgeting.
Additional duties as assigned by the General Manager, Home Services.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience required.
At least 5 years of telecommunications or FTTH industry experience required.
At least 5 years of supervisor experience required.
Good business or financial acumen required - experience with income statements, P&L statements, budget creating and tracking, etc.
Proven success as a leader of effective operations teams required.
Ability to think critically and exercise sound judgement and a fast pace environment required.
Relevant master's degree or MBA strongly preferred.
Advanced knowledge of FTTH operations is strongly preferred.
Proven experience both managing teams and tracking their daily operations is strongly preferred.
Understanding of OSHA rules and regulations, both federal and state, is preferred.
