Yet through your commitment to success, ability to lead sales teams, and your intelligence in executing go to market strategies to key accounts, you will feel the exhilaration of offering a unique and revolutionary product, changing the way B2C marketers engage their customers and generate more revenue, without ever compromising their customer lifetime value.


Must have:

  • A successful track-record in sales management, with at least 20 years of experience selling software / solutions to CMO's and marketing leaders, and consistently hitting / exceeding sales quotas.
  • At least 15 years leading sales teams, hiring and training staff, implementing sales methodologies, developing business plans, and delivering high growth for SaaS marketing technology.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Retail / e-Commerce and / or Travel-Hospitality industries, more specifically key accounts (hundreds of millions to billions of dollars of yearly revenue)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, listening and engaging to become a trusted advisor, team leader, and executive manager.
  • Proven experience achieving growth targets, and building teams and best practices to operate at scale.
  • A result-driven mindset (which includes a no-excuse attitude).
  • The strong belief that sales is as much an art as it is a science: healthy values, good work ethic and a proper sense of organization go a longer way than being a good talker. A leader that demonstrates a sense of purpose and enables people to achieve results.
  • Mastery of the most commonly used office software (MS Office, email, messengers, video conferencing, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software, sales methodologies, compensation strategies and plans.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of the marketing technology stack including campaign creation and management tools, ecommerce and digital applications, data platforms and analytics.
  • Familiarity with the demands of the modern marketer including revenue goals, customer engagement metrics, workflows and cross department stakeholders
  • High tolerance for bad puns and jokes

Primary responsibilities for this role include setting the strategy and managing the day-to-day operations of Communications for the WarnerMedia Distribution Sales business. The Vice President Communications, Distribution Sales will be responsible for maintaining and developing the brand awareness and the reputation of the top executives; leading Communications for traditional and digital network distribution of the WarnerMedia brands, both externally and towards employees. This will be done in close collaboration with the Vice President Communications TCM and Turner Content Distribution based in Atlanta. In this leadership role, you will lead communications by prioritizing business communication demands and requests from varied stakeholders, and will support partner relations, stakeholder relations, negotiations between internal and external partners. Sales and International executives will look you as a strategic advisor and resident expert on all things communications.
