Vice President, Public Sector (Esco / Contractor)

About the Company: Our client is a $300M Energy Service (ESCO) / Performance Contractor focused on energy efficiency, sustainability, and infrastructure modernization solutions.

About the Position: We are looking for a Vice President to oversee the Public Sector Division, which is currently a $150M division with 100 employees. The group focuses on K-12 schools, municipalities, universities, and healthcare facilities in the areas of energy efficiency, renewable energy, distributed generation, water conservation and maintenance, and operations solutions. Requirements: • Bachelors degree • 15 years of related experience in energy services, utility infrastructure modernization, energy efficiency, sustainability, power generation, resiliency, and performance contracting • 10 years or more of experience managing people and leading a team at a Senior Manager, Director, or Vice President Level • Must have held $100 Million (minimum) in P&L responsibility and illustrated proven success in growing and leading a division • Success as a functional leader and proven background overseeing sales, business development, operations, engineering, and project management professionals.
