We're seeking a future team member for the role of Project Manager to join our Program/Project Management team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Manage day-to-day project activities, such as tracking action items, issues and risk, facilitating project team meetings (with various groups) and preparing/delivering status reports; 

• Ensure adherence to current project management standard processes and compliance to quality assurance policies; 

• Provide overall project communication to stakeholders and program management of stakeholder expectations; 

• Proactively identify and solve project issues through negotiation and/or escalation processes.

• Work with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute deliverables; Communicate clearly with internal management and key stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in project management is required.

• Minimum of 3 years experience within a financial services firm with at least 3 years of project management experience; 

• Ability to work independently within various areas of BNY Mellon; 

• Proven ability to manage a team responsible for producing quality deliverables on time and on budget.

• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills

• Strong PowerPoint skills is preferred
