Job Summary
As the Vice President of Product Market Enablement and Launch, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our company by spearheading the launch of new and innovative products that propel business growth. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and optimization of product launches. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a passion for education and technology.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive product launch strategies focused on new product introductions aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, sales, engineering, professional services, and customer support, to coordinate all aspects of product launches.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development and positioning.
Develop and maintain detailed launch plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely and successful product releases.
Collaborate with product management to drive the beta testing process for new product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to solicit meaningful feedback from beta testers, leveraging various channels such as surveys, focus groups, and direct communication.
Drive the collection of customer testimonials and case studies during the beta phase, showcasing the value and impact of our offerings.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to incorporate beta feedback into messaging and positioning strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and preferences.
Partner with product management, subject matter experts, marketing, and sales teams to create compelling messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and success of product launches, and leverage data-driven insights to iterate and optimize launch strategies.
Serve as a thought leader and advocate for innovation, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our product offerings and drive business growth.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the product launch team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to team members.
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members to support their growth and career advancement within the organization.
Hire, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing product launch team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications

Qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in the education or technology industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
