ABOUT THE ROLE
Hired seeks a passionate, accomplished, strategic, results-driven product leader who will drive our Product and Design vision and strategy.
Reporting to the SVP, Technology, this role is responsible for leading our Product Management, and Design teams. In leading these teams, you will be responsible for setting the product direction, creating our product roadmaps, and working with them as a player-coach, to execute this roadmap. You will have a demonstrated mastery of synthesizing information and ideas, communicating and inspiring the company, and working in close collaboration with engineers, and engineering management on delivery.
We are looking for a leader who is exceptionally analytical and data driven and you will coach the organization to be so.
WHAT WE NEED YOUR HELP WITH
Roadmapping in partnership with engineering and design.
Execution, driving teams to hit goals on time
Cross-functional partnership and leadership
Develop and own performance metrics
Attract, motivate, and grow a high-caliber team
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
4+ years of managing Product Management and Design teams
8+ years of experience in Product Management
Strong bias to action and belief in MVP approach
Experience making data driven decisions
Proven experience working cross-functionally, up and down the organization
Experience with marketplaces strongly desired
Comfortable working in a fast paced, ever changing startup
Strong people management and mentoring skills
