Were looking for a proven media leader to lead a paid media department of 20+ employees, spanning LA, PDX, NY, and London. This person not only has experience, and passion for, leadership, but has an equal passion for paid social and can generate big ideas and motivate teams to do the same.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a large team of media strategists and planners of 20+ employees to oversee the planning, execution and reporting of paid campaigns with objectives ranging from direct response to branding and awareness
  • Collaborate with Head of Strategy & Media to develop and implement processes to make the department more efficient, effective, and innovative
  • Partner with creative and strategy teams to ensure media plans are aligned with the larger business strategy and content requirements.
  • Manage and assist the media strategists and ads managers day-to-day with accounts across the agency

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years experience of media planning, buying and measurement experience across paid social and search channels including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. Programmatic buying experience a plus
  • Experience using budget planning and estimation tools for budget allocations and leveraging research/platform insights tools to build audience segments
  • Direct response/Performance marketing experience ideally for driving sales on e-commerce platforms
  • Measurement expertise including brand lift studies, Google analytics tracking and attribution
  • 10+ years of experience managing a team of direct reports and proven managerial and leadership expertise.
  • Ability to work autonomously, identifying and solving problems that arise on accounts and within the agency as it relates to media strategy
  • The ability to translate metrics into insights into action and ensure all reporting are meeting business needs
  • Experience using media to solve brand/business challenges
  • Experience investigating consumer behavior/attitudes on social/digital channels
  • A demonstrated passion for and understanding of social media
  • Commitment to excellence working non-standard hours when necessary, anticipating issues and communicating with diplomacy, identifying emerging platforms and trends to drive innovation

VIEW JOBS 12/3/2022 12:00:00 AM 2023-03-03T00:00 <p>Business Description:</p><p>The CIB Treasury P&amp;A team is a group aligned within CIB Treasury whose primary responsibility is the management of forecasts and plan for purposes of managing business activities across Treasury strategies (i.e. balance sheet, funding, liquidity, RWA, capital and leverage strategies). This team is also responsible for providing various analytics for senior management across all the regulatory constraints to support CIB objectives of maximizing return on capital, balance sheet usage and leverage.</p><p>Stakeholders of the group include CIB Finance senior management, business heads, product controllers &amp; planning and analysis. The team works extensively with the LOB Product control groups and CIB Treasury to ensure complete and accurate reporting of risk weighted assets, balance sheet and capital for both actuals and forecasts. The group also works closely with the Corporate Finance Reporting, Corporate Treasury, Corporate P&amp;A and firmwide capital management to ensure a complete understanding of business issues and the accurate execution of policies.</p><p>Job Description:</p><p>The individual will be based in New York and will support the oversight of forecasting and analysis of Balance Sheet, Liquidity, NII and FTP in support of current year forecasts as well in support of the firm's multi-year budget process. The individual will also help guide other Treasury P&amp;A functions including ongoing strategic projects which improve the firm's efficient utilization of balance sheet and liquidity resources. Responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li><p>Drive CIB spot and average balance sheet forecasting, planning and articulation of results. This includes partnering across all CIB sub lines of business (Banking, Markets and Securities Services) to ensure LOB's produce forecasts that align to latest corporate and line of business level objectives.</p></li><li><p>Drive the development and production of the CIB's projected liquidity profile according to the firm's Liquidity Coverage Ratio (&quot;LCR&quot;), Net Stable Funding Ratio (&quot;NSFR&quot;) and 90 Day Stress liquidity framework.</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with sub-line of business stakeholders across the front office and finance organizations to coordinate on projected asset and liability balances and underlying forecast assumptions. Understand business-originating events and incorporate into forecast outlook. Synthesize key sensitivities as they evolve.</p></li><li><p>Guide and develop production of monthly, quarterly senior-level overviews which articulate CIB total results with a focus on total CIB balance sheet trend results, net funding and net liquidity usage, quarterly NII results as well as the underlying business drivers</p></li><li><p>Assist in supporting CIB P&amp;A teams for the forecast of balance sheet, net interest income (&quot;NII&quot;) and internal funds transfer pricing (&quot;FTP&quot;). Provide guidance to LOB's on methodology, approach and guidance.</p></li><li><p>Partner closely with LOB's to ensure a controlled framework for forecasting of Corporate FTP charges.</p></li><li><p>Craft messaging and analysis for Corporate P&amp;A requests on forecasted NII, FTP and balance projections for use in quarterly earnings scripts and CFO-level resource discussions</p></li><li><p>Partner across line controllers to coordinate weekly/monthly balance sheet projections for spot and average asset and liability balances</p></li><li><p>Support ad-hoc requests around interest rate sensitivity, growth initiatives as well as investor day and press release presentations.</p></li><li><p>Liaise, partner and build strong relationship with key stakeholders across P&amp;A and line controller team</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. 5-10yrs of relevant experience; experience in Planning &amp; Analysis, Reporting or Controlling roles a plus.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with CIB Balance Sheet products and core lines of business</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of stress liquidity concepts</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint</p></li></ul><p>Key Skills</p><ul><li><p>Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills</p></li><li><p>Results orientated without compromising control and detail</p></li><li><p>Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are required</p></li><li><p>Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently</p></li><li><p>Thrives on challenges in a fluid working environment</p></li></ul> Jpmorgan Chase & Co.
