Vice President Operations

We're supporting an environmental consulting firm seeking a Regional Vice President to lead and inspire their regional business segment, spanning multiple offices across the US and a dedicated team of around 50 employees. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement strategies to achieve both short-term and long-term financial and operational goals. Your responsibilities will include overseeing managers at each office location, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations, and monitoring financial and operational metrics.

You'll play a key role in cultivating a culture of business development, working closely with managers to meet and exceed their office revenue targets, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction. Qualifications: Proven experience in managing P&L with a strong understanding of financial reporting. Demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding financial targets.

Leadership capabilities with operational and business development expertise. Previous experience in the environmental consultancy/professional services sector. Certifications such as Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), or Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP) are preferred.

Willingness to travel across the US as required. Education/Credential: Bachelors/University degree in engineering, science, environmental science, environmental management, or a related discipline.

A postgraduate qualification and/or MBA is desirable. Minimum 15 years of experience in environmental projects. Minimum 10 years of demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
