VP of Strategic Operations Position Description What You Will Do: Run day-to-day operations for one of our anchor accounts, and ultimately a region Lead engagement with hospital leadership & clinicians Steer the creation & execution of our operating model Develop & execute implementation plan across all service lines of the health system Contribute to product roadmap (service expansion) and technology product development; identify growth opportunities Recruit & manage regional operations team Manage and be accountable to region P&L Establish & measure operational outcomes & KPIs What You Need: BA/BS degree required 8-10 years of work experience and a proven track record within fast-paced growth company, investing, or consulting environment Healthcare services operational leadership experience a plus Experience owning relationships with executives & clinicians Strong manager & motivator; cultural fit & relationship builder Highly organized & detail oriented Intellectual and financial horsepower Entrepreneurial problem solver who can steer & create structure What You Will Do:
