The Vice President, Oncology oversees the development, system-wide integration and deployment of key MemorialCare clinical service lines (e.g. cardiac, ortho/neuro, others tbd). Working with each service line CEO sponsor, and matrixing with physician leaders, local campus executives and departmental management, this VP is accountable for providing leadership of system-wide clinical, financial and business development for each service line, with operational responsibility for budget preparation and oversight of resource management. She/he will partner with the System-Wide VPs for Business Development for Physician Integration as well as other system-wide executives, to collaborate on overall service line support needs.

This position requires seasoned senior leadership experience and executive presence, advanced degrees (e.g. Masters or other advanced education, both administrative and clinical) with demonstrated ability to provide broad regional clinical service line program development and oversight.

1.Education/Licensure: Master's or Doctorate/Doctor clinical and administrative degrees.
2.Experience: This is an executive level position requiring 10 years health care leadership including an executive level role, with experience in broad regional clinical service line program development and oversight. Experience with integration and deployment of clinical service lines (e.g. cardiac, ortho/neuro) required.
3.Special Knowledge, Skills/Equipment: Facilitation and plan execution; executive presence; strong communication and relationship skills; educational design; self-supporting for MS Office suite for effective messaging.
