Job Description Summary
Responsible for the overall management and performance of the Slot Department for both ACCRS, ACCPS and ACCCC.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)
Must adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations including, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements.
Develops Slot gaming procedures along with General Manager and Marketing Personnel.
Monitors staff performance, ensuring adherence to Casino policies and procedures.
Recommends revisions and/or additions to policies and procedures in order to improve Slot operations.
Reviews daily maintenance reports to ensure slots are in proper working order.
Reviews daily and monthly reports on Slot revenues, expenditures and staffing.
Monitors required maintenance on Slot's. This includes changing chips, logic boards, Electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM) and programming.
Oversee initial installation, removal and movement of all Slot's.
Maintains open communication and meets regularly with the General Manager.
Responsible for monitoring Slot budget on a monthly basis.
Running change for guests.
Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Provide excellent guest service.
Must comply with all applicable ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, Standard Operating Procedures and all Tribal Regulations.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Manages subordinate managers who supervise employees in the Slot Department.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications
Required Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or G.E.D. required Undergraduate Degree preferred.
5 or more years casino related experience and/or training in slot operations; or combination of education and experience in electronics and management skills.
Must be able to communicate in English.
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 ½ mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/workstation for the duration of the shift. Must be able to work in a smoke-filled environment.
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but will escalate when located in the casino environment. Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
