Responsibility for overall revenue generation, via the sales team for North America.
Establish, develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients.
Leverage national and local channel partners to sell the Serenova suite of customer experience products.
Manage the master agency relationships to recruit, develop, and support channel partners to successfully sell the Serenova suite of customer experience products.
Leading the sales team to exceed quarterly sales targets
Pipeline development through a combination of channel partner relationships, sales rep account targeting, internal demand gen resources, market intelligence and marketing campaigns.
Guide the sales team in the utilization of the Challenger Sales Principles.
Guide the sales team in the utilization of Salesforce for tracking opportunities.
Help the sales team maintain a sales pipeline, which identifies new business opportunities in their regions to exceed sales quota.
Coach, Counsel, Motivate and hold accountable the sales team to performance metrics set
Proactively communicate benefits of Serenova's platform and applications to new and existing clients.
Coordinate the assembly of necessary resources to professionally respond to potential new business opportunities.
Engage with prospect organizations to position Serenova through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
Analyze and monitor client expectations and recommend changes in procedures to improve client satisfaction.
Perform cost/benefit analysis of potential sales to determine balance between client's needs and Serenova's strategic objectives.
Experience working at all levels within an organization with success selling to the C-level.
2 plus years of leading a sales team/organization preferably in a SaaS model
3 plus years of sales experience selling in a business to business model with mid to large corporations.
History of successfully selling through and developing channel partners.
Experience selling contact center solutions or customer service solutions
Experience selling cloud (SaaS) based solutions directly to customers
Depth of experience and contacts in at least one of the following verticals: Retail, Communications, High-tech, Financial Services and/or Healthcare.
Proven experience in successfully building and managing relationships with clients.
Ability to turn technical features into meaningful business benefits.
Excellent oral and written communication skills at all levels of client and company management.
Demonstrable track record of sales over achievement.
BA, BS or equivalent.
