We are looking for a Vice President of Sales to generate and develop new business for Replicated while managing our distributed sales team. You will direct the end-to-end sales process, overseeing our workflows for sourcing, managing solutions, and structuring and closing new customer sales. You will aim to continually refine and iterate the sales team's best practices.

With a deep understanding of our products and ecosystem, you will develop and oversee the execution of Replicated's sell-to and sell-through strategies. You will enable the sales team's abilities to demonstrate our value proposition to prospective customers and ensure the successful evolution of current customer relationships. This role is perfect for someone with at least a decade of enterprise software sales experience who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of modern application architecture and management.
We help software companies serve the needs of enterprise customers. Our mission is to shift the landscape of enterprise software, helping organizations of all sizes modernize their application architecture and management. Our tools enable vendors to efficiently ship and manage on-premise, self-hosted versions of their software. These products have had great momentum in the market, attracting customers like HashiCorp, CircleCI, Gradle, and many others. Half of the Fortune 100 deploy applications using our platform.
What you'll do:
Develop and execute Replicated's sell-to and sell-through strategies
Mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow key relationships
Understand our customers' business to be able to explore new growth opportunities
Deeply understand products to be able to effectively demonstrate and evangelize our value propositions to clients
Develop and execute account strategy and road maps for ongoing customer relationships
Manage and interface with all sales and customer success team members to ensure customer satisfaction
You should have:
10+ years of software sales
5+ years of experience leading an enterprise sales team
Current experience leading a sales group
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to direct a dynamic and fast-moving team while interfacing with cross-functional stakeholders
