We are looking to hire a Sales leader for Cuddle, Fractal Analytics AI-based business analytics platform. Cuddle is empowering active information seekers across business functions by alerting them to what they need to know and allowing them to ask questions on what they want to know. It identifies hotspots, eliminates data busy work, and applies artificial intelligence to reduce time wasted searching for answers through trial-and-error analytics. Cuddles unique capabilities include natural language processing, voice input, anomaly detection, both web & mobile interfaces, and user-focused machine learning.
Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of strong B2B enterprise sales experience in all aspects of the sales process from target identification through deal closing. Additionally, ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of the analytics software industry experience selling to various industries/individuals within CIO/CDO/BI business areas.
Create and implement sales strategies and tactics to penetrate existing markets by identifying target companies, contacting decision-makers, presenting the product, evaluating opportunities and generating highly-qualified sales leads.
Plan, organize and manage sales activities from target list identification and selection to outreach and sales calls/product demos, follow-up activities, etc.
Track and report information related to customer and prospect interactions
Work closely with Product Management to continually match product features and benefits with prospect needs.
Continuously review industry trends and client feedback to anticipate future market needs in order to work closely with Product Management to evolve the product over time.
Build, grow and solidify long-term relationships with clients.
Total sales experience of 10 to 15 years, focused primarily and most recently on enterprise software products.
Significant experience in selling analytics products (or services).
The ability to clearly articulate product features and benefits and linking those to individual prospect/client needs in a consultative, professional manner.
The ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listen and seek clarification; responds well to questions.
Exemplary planning and organizational skills including developing realistic action plans, prioritizing critical activities, using time efficiently and effectively, and keeping the extended team informed of needs and priorities.
Ability to plan and execute at both strategic and operational levels
Ability to work collaboratively at all levels to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment
Openness and flexibility to travel
A bachelors degree in marketing, business or technical discipline
Role based in the NYC area (might consider candidates in Chicago if perfect fit)
Total compensation with bonuses can go upwards to $200-$300K.
