The VP of Sales will be responsible for spearheading sales growth for the company. This is an amazing opportunity for a hands-on sales leader who is excited about being a part of an innovative recruiting/staffing company that is transforming the industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Requirements
1. 5-7 years of hands-on sales leadership experience within the Recruiting and Staffing industry
2. Entrepreneurial mindset with a true sales hunter approach
3. Proven track record in selling recruiting solutions or services to large enterprise customers
4. Strong established relationships among key influencers within the Recruiting and Staffing Industry
5. Minimum Bachelors degree
6. Tech-savvy, proficiency using tools such as Zoom, Dynamics CRM, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
7. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
